One important tool for any business is customer feedback.  Depending on their experience with the product, your customers can be a liability or an excellent brand advocate that will help you in every step of the business process.  At Hincapie Sportswear, we strive to build brand advocates.

We design our products to work better than the competition in a wide range of conditions.  These designs are developed with internal testing and research to make sure they perform for you, the end user.  It is great to get confirmations from our customers that our products are living up to their expectations.  Cyclist Aaron Orta from Oceanside, CA sent us some feedback today regarding Hincapie Arm and Leg Warmers.

Aaron writes, “I just received my Hincapie Arm and Leg Warmers today. I was really impressed with the construction and the comfort. I especially liked the fact that they seem like they will actually stay up during a long ride. I liked them so much that I ordered the knee warmers also. The Warmers he’s talking about are Hincapie Arenberg Warmers.  The plush, elastic SuperRoubaix fabric is fleece lined for extra warmth.  As Aaron points out, the special 2-sided silicone gripper at the top of the warmers help keep them in place under your jersey or shorts.  Arm, Knee and Leg Warmers are an important part of any cyclist’s wardrobe.  They can be mixed and matched to different jerseys and shorts to help you remain flexible in very wide variety of weather conditions.
